Looking for a more meaningful way to celebrate? At Studio Dawn, we host beautifully curated creative parties designed to help you slow down, connect, and make something special together.
Whether you’re planning a hen party, birthday, baby shower, work do, or a private gathering just because, our Manchester studio offers a relaxed, joy-filled space for creative celebration!
Note: all creative sessions can be held in our Manchester studio or at your chosen venue, our Leeds studio is only available for Paint & Chill parties. Our other creative sessions are not currently held at our Leeds studio but we work with a variety of venues in Leeds and are happy to work with you to find somewhere to host your party!

In this silly self-care craft workshop, you'll create your very own croissant-shaped trinket jar! Create a one-of-a-kind place to pop your knick-knacks, jewellery, and trinkets.
Your friendly teacher will guide you through the process. You'll start by using eco-resin to create your croissant jar base, before learning to create different 'toppings'.

Eco-resin is sustainable alternative to typical resin; it’s made up of a water based liquid and a mineral based powder, and once these elements are mixed together and poured into a silicone mould the material sets solid in around 15 minutes - once solid it’s super strong and durable (and you can take it home at the end of your party!)
You can add colourful dyes at the mixing stage, and pour the material in a way that creates a beautiful marbled pattern - you’ll get taught how to create these incredible patterns in your workshop!
Whilst nothing is 100% sustainable, we’re able to reuse most of the waste eco-resin into new creations which helps us keep it away from landfill. -
Macrame (pronounced mack-rah-may, or mack-rah-mee - whatever you like!) is quite simply the art of tying knots! You’ve probably seen plant hangers or bohemian style wall hangings; these creations are made simply by tying knots to create a beautiful (and functional!) design. We use macrame to create plant hangers, drinks coasters, bunting, keyrings and loads more!

Absolutely! We can provide anything from some light snacks and drinks all the way to bubbly and afternoon tea full of cakes, macarons, pastries and more (of course this depends on if you’re at our venues or your own!)

This depends on your venue; our Leeds shop can host up to 18 people for private events, although this may be less depending on other events happening in the space. Our Manchester shop can hold up to 50 people, again this depends on other events happening in the space.
For events where our team travels to you, we can accomodate up to 60 people in one workshop, as long as they can fit comfortably into your chosen venue! -
Our workshops start from £25 per person, our average creative workshop (although there’s nothing average about them!) comes in at around £36 per person.
Refreshments come at an additional cost, but we aim to keep everything as affordable as possible so you can have your special day just the way you’d like!
